ACTION - Direct final rule. (US Occupational Safety and Health Administration Regulation) (OSHA) (2018 Edition). Updated as of May 29, 2018 On August 9, 2010, OSHA issued a final standard updating the requirements for cranes and derricks used in construction work. For most construction work, the final rule replaced a prior cranes and derricks standard. However, the prior standard continues to apply to demolition and underground construction work.
