Well packaged each in a separate plastic pouch. they have a very good weight. I ordered this set to keep 8n my bag for dining out. very fancy. I opted for gold as most restaurants use silver cutlery and in the past I forget to take my set hime. this way they stand out so less forgettable I hope I put them in old pouch I had keep in my bag. very fancy I really like them
