In an effort to help indigent Florida inmates, Loren Rhoton and Ryan Sydejko, of the Law Office of Loren Rhoton, P.A., previously contributed legal self-help articles to the original Florida Prison Legal Perspectives. When FPLP ceased publishing in 2010, Mr. Rhoton and Mr. Sydejko continued providing inmates with helpful postconviction legal advice through a new newsletter, The Florida Postconviction Journal. The Florida Postconviction Journal is published by Loren Rhoton, P.A., on a quarterly basis and is provided free of charge to Florida prisoners. This collection contains the first seven issues of the Florida Postconviction Journal.
