Such operations as obstetric bleeding, postoperative bleeding, another emergency situation as perioperative myocardial infarction, anesthesia during septicemia or septic shock .intraoperative emergency as anaphylaxis or local anesthetic toxicity .in this book I discussed these emergency situations and how to prepare the patient and so decrease the intraoperative and postoperative mortality.
