Author Biography

Dr Isaac Golden was the first person to earn a PhD in a homeopathic research topic from a mainstream Australian University, as a result of his research from 1985 to 2004 into homeopathic immunisation (or homoeoprophylaxis). This book contains the latest research into this topic, including Dr Golden's own data as well as data from the massive immunisation campaigns in Cuba using homoeoprophylaxis. It also contains many medical references and allows parents to make an informed decision as to how to protect their children against infectious diseases. Dr Golden was originally trained in Economics, but changed his career in 1984 to practice complementary medicine, specialising in homeopathic medicine. He has published 10 books and numerous articles on homeopathy. His aim has been to provide parents with balanced information showing that they have a choice when deciding how to prevent infectious diseases - that it is not a matter of either vaccinating or doing nothing - that there is a proven safe and comparably effective option - homeopathic immunisation. Dr Golden is currently Business Manager of Academic Operations at Endeavour College of Natural Health - the largest specialist College group in complementary medicine in the Southern Hemisphere. The is also Adjunct Professor of Homeopathy at the College. He has been in practice since 1984, and now specialises in the treatment of vaccine damaged children. He sees many young patients who have been diagnosed as austistic or ADHD, which complements his work with homeopathic immunisation.
