JOHN B. HARER is an Associate Professor of Library Science at Texas A&M University. He is the author of Censorship of Expression in the 1980's and Intellectual Freedom: A Reference Handbook.

JEANNE HARRELL is an Associate Professor of Library Science at Texas A&M University.
