Book updated Feb 2021. In Michigan it is the LARA that administers licensing. Since June 2008 an applicant must complete 60 hours of approved pre-licensing education prior to taking the exam. The exam has two portions and this book covers the Business and Law portion. There is no way you can pass the exam without having solid real world experience.
