Author Biography
The Executive Editor, Kendal H. Tyre, Jr., is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Nixon Peabody LLP and the Executive Director of LexNoir Foundation. Mr. Tyre has negotiated international franchise agreements in dozens of countries and has written numerous legal and business articles on franchising that have been published worldwide. One of the Contributing Authors is Ms. Bonzo Makgalemele. Ms. Makgalemele is a senior partner at Chibanda, Makgalemele & Company in Gaborone, Botswana.
