End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Annizon.com, governing your use of the Call Me Senorita mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. License Grant

Annizon.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.
Copy or use the App for any purpose other than as permitted under the above section.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Annizon.com or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the App.

4. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Annizon.com reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to the App not expressly granted to you under this EULA.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Annizon.com. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Annizon.com if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Annizon.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Annizon.com be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in California for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

9. Amendments to this EULA

Annizon.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
