ARTHUR E. JONGSMA, Jr., PhD, is the series editor for thebestselling PracticePlanners. He is also the founder and Directorof Psychological Consultants, a group private practice in GrandRapids, Michigan.
MICHELE J. RUSIN, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and a member ofthe faculty of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at EmoryUniversity, Atlanta, Georgia. She has worked in acute inpatient andoutpatient rehabilitation since 1982, and now specializes inpsychotherapy with persons who have neuropsychological impairmentsand their families.
