• This medium roast has a sweeter notes of cherry and milk chocolate.
• Taste the flavors of Colombia, specifically the regions of Cesar and Magdalena. It is produced by ANEI or Association of Indigenous Agroecology Producers, which focuses on increasing productivity and improving procedures in order to achieve the highest-quality coffee from each variety of coffee tree.
• The cherries were pulped in hand-cranked machines, and the beans were washed and fermented for approximately 18 hours before drying on raised beds both in the sun and in small solar greenhouses.
•  This Colombian Coffee is Fair Trade certified, and made of organic 100% Arabica specialty grade coffee beans.
