Anil Balan is a senior lecturer in professional legal education at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London, and a senior fellow of the Higher Education Academy. The research in this book relates to Anil's wider research interests on enhancement of teaching, assessment and feedback for law students from culturally diverse backgrounds, in respect of which he has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in prominent journals.
