Previously, she was an Improvement Science Fellow sponsored by the Health Foundation. Before joining Swansea Sharon was a lecturer in Logistics and Operations Management at Cardiff Business School, UK, and a senior member of the Clinical Systems Improvement team at Warwick University Medical School, UK. Her research looks at co-production and the design of patient care pathways using improvement and redesign techniques originating largely from other sectors.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cb\u003e Lynne Caley\u003c\/b\u003e has worked as an independent consultant for the past 14 years primarily in the field of improvement science, with a particular interest in evaluation and measurement. She has a first degree in economics from Cambridge and a doctorate from University of Sussex, UK; her thesis was concerned with work-related learning. Before becoming a consultant Lynne worked with and for the Universities of Cambridge, Warwick, Leeds and Swansea.
