Not only do MSDs impact patients' quality of life, but they also carry significant social and economic consequences. This Special Issue of the \u003cem\u003eJournal of Personalized Medicine\u003c\/em\u003e highlights recent advancements in addressing various MSDs, such as open fractures, knee osteoarthritis, osteomyelitis, and flat foot.
