In 1999, he received a Ph.D. in Health Services Administration from Columbia Southern University in Alabama and in 2007 his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, Florida. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003eDr. Figueroa is certified as an Ergonomic Evaluator Specialist, Certified McKenzie-MDT.
