The book is structured in 101 questions, the most frequent ones encountered in my medical practice in this field (over 15 years and a number of a few thousand patients), after being asked by relatives to publish it - even by the patients themselves eager to find solutions to their problems. The language used in this book is a very intelligible one for the reader, without affecting the scientific content of the information, but reducing this information to the very essence.
